    We are also licensed to sell real estate, however we focus on property management and working with investors to buy or sell investment properties

  • How and when do I get my monthly rental funds?

  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We normally will sign 12 to 24 month leases.  Depends on the individual owner and the needs of the tenant

  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    Immediately after we verify that you own the property and we get a property management agreement signed, we could have it listed within 3 to 5 days

  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We focus on single family homes, duplexes and 4 plexes

  • What type of reports do I get and how often?


  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    We hold the tenant’s security deposit in a Trust Account.
