Cedar Springs Realty is full service real estate firm that provides a higher standard of property management and real estate services across the North Carolina Triangle area and surrounding counties.
Our Mission is simple:
To act in the best interests of our owners while delivering an outstanding rental experience for our tenants.
Our roots originated in Wake Forest, NC, back in 2015 under the name "Property Specific," offering the local community a personalized approach to their buying and selling needs. We also discovered that we were pretty good at property management as well.
As our property management client base expanded, we made the strategic decision in 2021 to reorganize into two distinct real estate firms: Property Specific Realty, now focusing exclusively on real estate sales with Property Specific Management remaining dedicated to provide exceptional customer service to our property management clients and tenants.
In the following years, our two companies worked together to successfully grow the “Property Specific” brand. However, this collaboration eventually led to some confusion among our clients, customers, and vendors.
To eliminate potential confusion, in 2026, we decided to change our name from Property Specific Management to Cedar Springs Realty. Don’t worry, Property Specific Realty is still around as well.
Although our name has changed, our commitment to the local community, our dedicated team members and most importantly, our core mission remain unchanged:
