Carl served over 20 years in the United States Airforce splitting time between the enlisted and officer corps. In his career he has moved 13 times so he understands the anxiety that comes with buying and selling a home while also worrying about relocating. He has over 20 years of Real Estate experience and has owned and operated a full service firm in Colorado Springs,CO.

In 2021, he joined forces with Chris Webb at Property Specific to create Property Specific Management. 

He graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences and completed his Masters Degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from TUI University. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and traveling.
