Raised in Durham, NC, Baxter studied business and finance at NC State University before starting her career in property management in 2020. What Baxter enjoys most about property management is the satisfaction taken from matching quality tenants with thoughtfully maintained homes--knowing that the owner's investment is protected and all parties are well served. Away from work, she loves traveling (with four continents visited so far) and reading theology books.
